FX benchmark

TransferIQ uses the live fx-live endpoint first, then direct-pair overlays where available, then fallback reference rates if the live feed is unavailable. The top FX display shows the raw reference rate. Remittance estimates can use a separate corridor-adjusted benchmark and receive cap so the displayed estimate does not exceed the raw FX benchmark.

Remittance corridor filtering

Provider rows are fiat-to-fiat only. All supported fiat currencies remain searchable. A remittance provider is shown only when the selected sending country, receiving country and payout currency match the provider corridor model. Currency-only filtering is not used as the final provider visibility rule.

Remittance estimates

Rows use official quote links, reviewed fee assumptions and FX markup ranges. Wise final-receive snapshots are treated as fee-included so the fee is not deducted twice. Displayed receive ranges are estimates, not guaranteed payouts.

Specific provider/corridor observations can apply a small receive-amount adjustment after the base estimate. Current tuning: Revolut USD-BRL is lowered by about 20 BRL at a 1,000 USD reference amount, and Wise USD-BRL is raised by about 10 BRL at the same reference amount.

Crypto

Crypto rows are separate from remittance but use the same search boxes. Card/Express rows model one-way fiat to USDT, USDC, BTC or ETH buys. P2P rows model USDT, USDC, BTC or ETH against fiat in either direction; fiat-to-fiat and crypto-to-crypto P2P rows are hidden. KRW and CNY are excluded from P2P/card estimates to avoid non-actionable or regulation-sensitive rows.

Stablecoin peg references match the app model: USDT = USD benchmark, and USDC = Binance USDC/USDT live ticker. BTC and ETH use market USD references. Estimates include exchange fee and spread/P2P adjustments.

Data confidence levels

TransferIQ separates results by confidence level so users do not treat every estimate as equally certain.

Final check

Actual transfer or trade results can vary because of taxes, liquidity, weekend pricing, payment method, account level, local availability and provider promotions. Always confirm the final quote on the provider site before sending.

Provider currency/corridor audit update

Updated on 2026-06-19: provider currency filtering was changed from narrow hand-written whitelists to an official converter/quote-flow approach. Major and app-supported fiat currencies remain visible for broad remittance providers unless a route is specifically blocked.

Official reference pages checked: Wise supported currencies, Remitly send countries/currencies, Western Union global send flow, MoneyGram country network, XE supported currencies, OFX available currencies and WorldRemit available countries/services.

OFX BRL remains blocked because BRL was not confirmed in the active OFX converter/available-currencies flow. Payoneer remains restricted because it is account/payout infrastructure rather than a general consumer remittance provider.

Stellar off-ramp worldmap update

Updated on 2026-06-22: Colombia / COP was added from the Stellar Chain Off-Ramp Project workbook. Green rows are shown as route cards; red rows are kept as reviewed but unsupported/not-verified entries. MoneyGram Access was added to BRL, MXN and COP using the existing TransferIQ MoneyGram cash-pickup estimate model.

Data basis labels

TransferIQ shows estimated receive ranges. Labels explain whether a result is closer to provider benchmark, market benchmark, variable pricing, P2P pricing, live exchange market data, or crypto-only conversion.

Always confirm the final quote with the provider before sending, trading, or withdrawing.
